This treat was developed by our Pastry Sous Chef John Rodriguez, who grew up sneaking sips of his dad's famous family coquito recipe. Booze while you get your chocolate fix; these truffles are filled with coquito infused cake and coquito pastry cream. This truffle is also gluten-free.
