Made with a gluten-free flour blend, this stunner features two layers of brownie cake and alternating layers of classic vanilla cake. Freshly baked and shrink-wrapped for safe travels, it comes with a fun DIY component so you can add the finishing touches.

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients: Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-free Flour, Butter, Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Powder, Semisweet Chocolate, Heavy Cream, Milk, Buttermilk, Baking Powder, Salt. This cake does not contain gluten. However, our production facility is not certified gluten-free. Most of our desserts contain gluten, but we wash and sanitize equipment before producing gluten-free desserts.

Serves 8. Cake weighs 3.5 pounds. 6 inches wide x 4 inches tall. Comes on a gold board and with decorative garnishes: chocolate glaze, chocolate cake crumbs and 2-piece box of chocolate coconut truffles. Dark Chocolate Ganache (2.7 oz.) Cookie Crumbs (.5 oz.) Truffles (1.5 oz.) Food grade professional plastic wrapped on sides and cake is shrink wrapped, to easily, cleanly unwrap. Microwave glaze and pour over the cake, and garnish with truffles and crumbs.

Components for the DIY Gluten-Free Black & White Cake can be stored in the refrigerator. Decorate your cake before serving or the night before.
