Shipping information:
• Ship us your collateral, and we’ll pack up your gifts with your materials on top in the shipping box.
• Send us a spreadsheet with your addresses. We’ll send you FedEx tracking numbers for each of your gift shipments, so you can sit back and gift in great taste!
• All orders must be paid in full prior to the ship date. Rush orders are subject to additional fees.
• Shipping fees are additional and are based on zip code.

Gifting policies:
• 100% payment due when placing order.
• Refunds will not be given on orders cancelled within (30) days of the ship date.
• Changes to orders must be communicated in writing to Mini Melanie at least (30) business days prior to the ship date.
• Artwork for custom sleeves for truffle boxes must be submitted and approved (30) days prior to the ship date.
• All items are made in a shared facility with allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, egg, milk, and soy. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.
• All files for logo artwork will be printed as received over email. Mini Melanie will not edit or adjust any artwork sent to us.
• If an address is incorrect or a recipient is not at home to receive, Mini Melanie is not responsible and you will be billed for shipping a new product to an updated address.
