Made with a gluten-free flour blend, this stunner features two layers of brownie cake and alternating layers of classic vanilla cake. Freshly baked and shrink-wrapped for safe travels, it comes with a fun DIY component so you can add the finishing touches.

DESCRIPTION

Layer Cake and decorative garnishes: chocolate glaze, chocolate cake crumbs and 2-piece box of chocolate coconut truffles. Dark Chocolate Ganache (2.7 oz.) Cookie Crumbs (.5 oz.) Truffles (1.5 oz.)

Serves 8. Cake weighs 3.5 pounds. 6 inches wide x 4 inches tall. Comes on a gold board. Food grade professional plastic wrapped on sides and cake is shrink wrapped, to easily, cleanly unwrap. Microwave glaze and pour over the cake, and garnish with truffles and crumbs.
