Store your cake truffles in the refrigerator (for up to three weeks) or freezer (for up to three months). Items ship frozen with ice packs and may thaw in transit. Refrigerate your truffles upon arrival. Truffles are best eaten after placing at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
